Polish-Speaking Customer Care

Thessaloniki, Greece


Salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries/year
Schedule: 5 days/week (40h), Monday–Sunday, shifts between 7:00–22:00 — emails only
Relocation: Package provided (must arrive 10+ days before start if no AFM/AMKA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service across email, phone, and chat
  • Research and respond to inquiries accurately & on time
  • Use internal documentation to resolve issues
  • Escalate unresolved/priority cases
  • Document interactions per SOPs
  • Identify & communicate recurring issues
  • Meet quality, KPIs, and policy standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments
  • Attend training and comply with company policies

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (written & spoken)
