As a French-speaking Traveler Advisor, you will assist customers in managing their travel bookings, ensuring smooth and enjoyable journeys. You will handle reservations, provide after-sales support, and deliver excellent customer service for one of the travel industry’s leading companies.
Your Responsibilities

Manage bookings by creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations via phone, email, and chat.

Assist clients during the after-sales process, addressing inquiries and special requests.

Handle back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, changes, and cancellations.

Ensure each interaction meets high-quality service standards.
Your Profile

Native-level French and good English skills.
