As a French-speaking Sports Retail Customer Service Agent, you will represent a leading sportswear brand, delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, solve problems, and support shoppers across multiple communication channels while promoting brand loyalty.
Your Responsibilities

Advise and assist customers in various sportswear-related projects.

Provide professional responses and solutions to customer questions via phone, email, or social media.

Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.

Troubleshoot issues related to the shopping experience in a calm and efficient manner.

Liaise with other departments to resolve specific cases and ensure smooth service.
Your Profile

Native-level French and at least B2 English.
