As a French-speaking Customer Advisor for Abercrombie & Fitch, you will be the voice of one of the most iconic American fashion brands, providing exceptional service to its clients. From assisting with product information to resolving account issues, you will ensure every customer receives a premium brand experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

• Offer accurate product information and assist with stock availability queries.

• Support customers with orders, payments, account access, and returns.

• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Fluent French; English is a plus.
