As a French-speaking Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent, you will support business clients with their online advertising needs, providing tailored solutions to help them reach their goals. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted consultant for their digital marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on various advertising-related queries from business clients.

• Build rapport with marketing decision-makers and guide them in optimizing their campaigns.

• Understand clients’ business objectives and recommend effective online advertising solutions.

• Deliver strategic campaign support and offer advertiser training to educate clients.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and measurable results.

Your Profile

• Native-level French and good English (B2 minimum).

• Secondary school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.

• Familiarity with social media and online advertising tools.

• Strategic thinker with strong communication and listening skills.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work in an international environment.
