Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent, your key tasks will include:

Assisting customers via phone, email and live chat with general or product-related inquiries

Collecting and updating customer information in the system

Providing product guidance on subscriptions, payments and technical requirements

Ensuring customer satisfaction with accurate and friendly communication
Your Profile:

Native level of French and a good level of English

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card

Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already based in Portugal
