Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor

Delivering high-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

Assisting clients with questions, complaints, and technical or service-related inquiries

Identifying customer needs and ensuring a positive and efficient resolution

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary

Native level of French and at least B2 level of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What’s in it for you

Working hours: Monday to Friday, availability between 7 AM – 10 PM (8h/day on rotational schedule + 1h lunch break)
