Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for IHG will be

Solving issues during the booking process

Giving instructions and actively finding the right booking

Following up during the vacation and providing good solutions including refunds

Expanding and maintaining the client network

Managing good and qualified lead generation

Providing excellent customer and client support across various situations

EU citizenship or valid residency card

Fluent in French and English
