In Your Role:
You will assist our clients in written and telephone customer support for business customers in the German language at our Contact Center in Lisbon.
- Provide German-language inbound customer care via phone, chat, and email.
- Aid in the technical implementation and maintenance of customers' Google accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, responding professionally and courteously.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by offering efficient and effective solutions, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Capture and document customer queries, issue descriptions, actions taken, and solutions in the company's internal systems or ticketing systems in English.
- Professionally manage customer data within internal systems.
- As a representative of the company, uphold the company values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Your Profile:
- German native level (C2)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Prior experience in a dynamic operational setting, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously
- Clear and organized communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality output within designated timeframes
- Possession of a customer-centric and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Customer oriented experience is an advantage
