Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and chat about products, orders, and payments

• Resolve shipping and order issues with empathy and efficiency

• Maintain brand quality through professional and calm communication

• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to positive experiences

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker

• Passion for beauty and cosmetics (experience in the industry is a plus)

• Fluent in written and spoken communication

• Reliable, empathetic, and adaptable

• Excited to live abroad and work in an international team

• Must have EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (8:00–19:00)
