Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via email and chat about products, orders, and payments

Resolve shipping and order issues with empathy and efficiency

Your Profile

Native-level French speaker

Passion for beauty and cosmetics (experience in the industry is a plus)

Fluent in written and spoken communication

Reliable, empathetic, and adaptable

Excited to live abroad and work in an international team

Must have EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (8:00–19:00)
