Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or social media

Provide support with setup, usage, and troubleshooting of smart home products

Guide users through pre-sales and general product inquiries

Maintain a professional tone aligned with brand communication across all channels

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues clearly and effectively

Work within a multicultural and fast-paced team environment
Your Profile

Native-level French speaker with good English skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory)

Clear written and verbal communication in French

Comfortable working in a collaborative, international setting

Background in sales or customer service is a plus

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

Willing to relocate to Lisbon
What’s Offered

Permanent contract (CDI) with 3-month trial period

Full-time: Monday to Friday rotating shifts (08:00–22:00); Saturday/Sunday (08:00–17:00) with 2 rotating days off

Monthly salary package:
• €830 gross × 14 payments
• €120 gross/month language bonus
• Up to €100/month performance bonus
• €7.23 meal voucher per workday
• Partial transport cost reimbursement
• Private health and dental insurance after 6 months
