Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or social media

• Provide support with setup, usage, and troubleshooting of smart home products

• Guide users through pre-sales and general product inquiries

• Maintain a professional tone aligned with brand communication across all channels

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues clearly and effectively

• Work within a multicultural and fast-paced team environment

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker with good English skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory)

• Clear written and verbal communication in French

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, international setting

• Background in sales or customer service is a plus

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

• Willing to relocate to Lisbon

What’s Offered

• Permanent contract (CDI) with 3-month trial period

• Full-time: Monday to Friday rotating shifts (08:00–22:00); Saturday/Sunday (08:00–17:00) with 2 rotating days off

• Monthly salary package:
  • €830 gross × 14 payments
  • €120 gross/month language bonus
  • Up to €100/month performance bonus
