Responsibilities

Book insurance meetings on behalf of French-speaking clients

Serve as the first point of contact and assess customer needs

Schedule appointments directly into the insurer’s calendar

Identify potential issues and provide simple, effective solutions

Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues and attending team meetings

Ensure smooth coordination between clients and insurance providers
Your Profile

Native French speaker with advanced English skills

Motivated to build customer relationships and support client success

Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working at a fast pace

Interested in relocation and international work culture

Team-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s Offered

6-month fixed-term contract (renewable based on performance)

Full-time: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday (08:30–17:00 rotating shifts)

Monthly compensation:
• €890 gross salary × 14 months
• €100 performance bonus
• €60 complexity bonus
• Meal vouchers worth €7.63 per workday
• Transportation cost reimbursement
Relocation Package (if living outside Portugal)
