Job Description

Responsibilities

• Book insurance meetings on behalf of French-speaking clients

• Serve as the first point of contact and assess customer needs

• Schedule appointments directly into the insurer’s calendar

• Identify potential issues and provide simple, effective solutions

• Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues and attending team meetings

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and insurance providers

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with advanced English skills

• Motivated to build customer relationships and support client success

• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working at a fast pace

• Interested in relocation and international work culture

• Team-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and join a multicultural environment

What’s Offered

• 6-month fixed-term contract (renewable based on performance)

• Full-time: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday (08:30–17:00 rotating shifts)

• Monthly compensation:
  • €890 gross salary × 14 months
  • €100 performance bonus
  • €60 complexity bonus
  • Meal vouchers worth €7.63 per workday
  • Transportation cost reimbursement

Relocation Package (if living outside Portugal)

• Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months

• One year of company-provided shared accommodation (rental fee applies)
