Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries from viewers via phone and live chat

Provide assistance with software functionality, account setup, and app usage

Troubleshoot system configurations and connectivity issues

Deliver accurate and timely responses to technical and service-related requests

Ensure a smooth viewing experience and build customer satisfaction
Your Profile

Native-level French speaker with advanced English

Strong adaptability, reliability, and problem-solving skills

Fast learner with the ability to work well under pressure

Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage

Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work in a multicultural team
What’s Offered

Full-time contract, 40 hours per week

Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 21:00

Base salary: €890 gross/month × 14 payments

Monthly performance bonus up to €100 gross
