Your Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and social channels

Assist users with pre-sales, product info, and technical troubleshooting

Adapt communication style to fit brand voice across private and public channels

Provide clear and friendly guidance to ensure high customer satisfaction

Accurately document customer cases and resolutions

Collaborate with a multicultural support team
Your Profile

Native-level French speaker with a good level of English

Passionate about technology and customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication in French

Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Sales or commercial background is a plus

Experience in customer service or tech support is a bonus

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

Willing to relocate to Lisbon
What’s Offered

Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (07:00–19:00), 8h/day

Competitive monthly salary:
• €890 gross/month × 14 months
• Up to €100/month performance bonus
• €7.23 meal voucher per workday
• Partial transportation cost reimbursement

Relocation Package (if outside Portugal)
