Your Responsibilities

Respond to French-speaking customer inquiries about banking services, primarily via email

Handle requests such as credit limit increases and card-related questions

Maintain and update client records and financial databases

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Perform other administrative and customer-related tasks as required

Collaborate with a diverse and multicultural team environment
Your Profile

Native-level French speaker (mandatory)

Strong written communication in French

Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented

Team player with a positive attitude

Sales or customer service background is a plus

Previous experience in credit recovery is a strong advantage

Willing to relocate and integrate into an international team in Lisbon
What’s Offered

6-month temporary contract

Full-time (Monday to Saturday), rotating shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

Monthly compensation:
• €890 gross/month × 14 payments/year
• Up to €100/month performance bonus
• €7.23 meal vouchers per workday
• Partial transportation reimbursement
• Private health and dental insurance after 6 months
Relocation Support

If living outside Portugal:
• Reimbursement of initial flight (up to €400) after 4 months
• 4 months of company-provided shared accommodation (rental fee applies) -
Free transportation back to home country for vaccination appointments
