Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat

• Assist with subscriptions, payments, product details, and account issues

• Update customer data in the system

• Provide friendly and efficient support while ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker with a good level of English

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit

• Interested in technology and delivering high-quality customer service

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Professional, motivated, and open to working in an international environment

What’s Offered

• Renewable fixed-term contract (1 year)

• Full-time (40h/week) with rotating shifts

• Two salary options:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
