Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat

• Respond to subscription, payment, and technical questions

• Update and manage customer information accurately

• Provide clear and helpful product information

• Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• EU citizenship or valid residency card

• Native-level French and good English (minimum B2)

• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• Enthusiastic about problem-solving and helping others

• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and integrate into an international team

Offer and Benefits

• Renewable 12-month fixed-term contract

• Full-time position (40 hours/week), rotating shifts

• Two salary options:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
