Your responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on reports from users and drivers

• Evaluate images, videos, text, or voice recordings following company policies

• Ensure that all user-generated content complies with community standards

• Escalate critical or urgent issues when necessary

• Work closely with a multicultural team on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

What you bring:

• Fluent French speaker with good English (B2+)

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and empathy

• Team spirit and attention to detail

• Open to working night/weekend shifts as part of a rotation

• Already in Portugal or ready to relocate
