Your responsibilities:

Support travelers in French via phone, email, and chat

Help customers manage their bookings: modify, cancel, or create new reservations

Provide clear and timely information during the post-booking process

Process back-office tasks related to ticket issuing, changes, and cancellations

Ensure each customer leaves the interaction satisfied and confident
Who you are:

Native-level French speaker with B2 English

A natural communicator who enjoys problem-solving

Organized, proactive and solution-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Open to relocating or already based in Lisbon

Hold a valid Portuguese work permit
