Your responsibilities:

• Support travelers in French via phone, email, and chat

• Help customers manage their bookings: modify, cancel, or create new reservations

• Provide clear and timely information during the post-booking process

• Process back-office tasks related to ticket issuing, changes, and cancellations

• Ensure each customer leaves the interaction satisfied and confident

Who you are:

• Native-level French speaker with B2 English

• A natural communicator who enjoys problem-solving

• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Open to relocating or already based in Lisbon

• Hold a valid Portuguese work permit
