Your responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers by phone, email, or social media

Provide information and support regarding orders, shipping, returns, and products

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost customer satisfaction

Solve customer issues calmly and clearly, ensuring they leave with a smile

Work closely with internal departments for specific case resolutions

Your profile:

Fluent in French with a B2+ level of English

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Already in Lisbon or open to relocating
