This is a client-focused role where you’ll offer guidance, resolve issues, and when fitting suggest extra services or product features to enhance their experience. You’ll be part of a respected contact center based in Athens, Greece, serving clients across Europe, with comprehensive training and ongoing support from day one.
📍 Location: Athens or anywhere in Greece

• Manage calls/emails/chat with Italian speaking customers
• Provide helpful, accurate responses to issues and requests
• Offer guidance on related services where relevant
• Keep records organized and complete
