Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Providing service to the A&F clients via phone, email, chat and social media platforms

Providing product information to the customer

Handling the clients queries regarding their orders, account accessibility, payments and stocks availability

Follow up with customers

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year

Working hours: full time on rotating shifts Monday to Sunday 7:00AM-7:00PM. 40h/week
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month

Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
For international candidates:
