We are currently partnering with a renowned BPO leader, known for providing customized support solutions and driving operational excellence for global clients. To help them grow their multilingual customer success team, we’re now hiring:

✨ Customer Relation Specialists ✨
Languages needed: Arabic, Hebrew, or Dutch (with solid English)

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone interactions

• Provide basic tech support and resolve common user issues

• Accurately document customer cases and maintain records in the system

• Escalate complex problems to the relevant internal departments

• Ensure timely, friendly, and professional communication at all times

• Assist with internal admin processes and contribute to workflow improvements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, or Dutch, along with good English communication skills

• Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail

• Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage

• Confidence in using multiple digital tools and platforms

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced, multilingual team
