Responsibilities:

  • Customer advice by telephone and email;
  • Helping customers with issues / situations that might arise.
  • You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone);
  • Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way;

Requirements

  • Ideally previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face)
  • Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.

  • At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
