From next-gen vacuums to high-tech hair tools, you’ll help customers get the most out of their cutting-edge devices—while working in a vibrant, international environment under the Greek sun.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about their home tech products

Guiding them through setup, features, and everyday use

Providing troubleshooting support and warranty information

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver fast and effective solutions

Turning technical help into a great customer experience with a friendly, problem-solving approach

🕒 Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 21:00
(Shift-based schedule within this range, 8h per day, 40h per week)

🎯 Who We're Looking For:

Fluency in Portuguese (C1 or above) – required

Good level of English for internal communication

Customer-first mindset and great communication skills

Comfortable using modern technology and learning new systems

Previous customer service experience is a plus
