Dedicated Customer Service Representative - eCommerce business expanding across Europe
We are a fast-growing eCommerce business with operations in Australia, the UK and France, and currently expanding across Europe.
We provide customers with essential health products to aid them in managing challenging health conditions. Our Customer Service Representatives must be friendly, patient and empathetic.
You will be focused on sales and order management, helping customers with product selection and resolving customer order issues
We are very generous to our customers and are proud to offer an exceptional quality of service. Most of our business comes from repeat business.
What we are looking for:
- Native Italian speaker (preferably living in Italy or spent most of their life in Italy and has natural Italian accent)
- Fluent in English - all training and interaction with other team members will be in English. Some customer support will be in English. Fluency in German, French and / or Spanish would be highly regarded
- Excellent phone manner and strong writing skills - we provide support over the phone, email, chat, social media, etc
- At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Confident and competent with using computers and multiple apps and moving quickly between screens and applications
- Be motivated and able to work independently / remotely, liaising with a global team via online tools
- Have a home office set up that provides a quiet and professional environment, with laptop, extra monitor, noise cancelling headset and very good internet and power
- Be reliable and dedicated - you will be our interface with our customers in Italy
