📍 Location: Work remotely from anywhere in Greece
🕒 Working Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday to Sunday, between 09:00–21:00
🗓️ Start Dates: Training groups available in June, July, and August
💶 Salary: 14 salaries per year

💼 Your Role
- Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers, guiding them through product selection, purchases, and post-sales inquiries
- Assist with after-sales services, including delivery and billing questions, ensuring a seamless experience
- Ensure each interaction reflects the brand’s voice and values while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customer issues

- Fluency in French (C1 or above)
- English proficiency
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus
- Remote work readiness, with a reliable internet connection and home office setup
