Your Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Microsoft’s enterprise clients and partners (B2B)

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and more

Communicate via phone and email in German and English

Collaborate with IT administrators and managers to resolve complex technical queries

Identify trends and share feedback with internal teams
What You Bring:

Native-level German and strong English

Minimum 1 year of technical support experience

Basic knowledge in areas like cloud services, security, networking, or scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)

Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
