As a Sales and Afteesales Experience Specialist, you’ll support clients through the entire customer journey, from product selection to after-sales assistance. while working remotely from beautiful Greece. ☀️📦
📍 Location: Work remotely from anywhere in Greece
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
📄 Starting date: June 23rd
💶 Salary: 14 salaries per year

💼 Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with purchases, orders, and general inquiries
- Provide clear and friendly post-sales support, including delivery and billing question
- Offer thoughtful, personalized guidance while maintaining brand tone
- Log all interactions and solutions with accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests smoothly
🧩 What You Bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1 or above)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Passion for technology and a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 09:00–21:00)
- Remote work readiness with a reliable home office setup
- Legal right to work in Greece (visa sponsorship not available)
