About the Role

In this role, you’ll be supporting users via email, monitoring marketplace content, handling disputes, and helping prevent online fraud. You’ll play an important role in ensuring a trustworthy and secure platform for all users.

Your main tasks include:

• Providing written support to users and resolving inquiries via email (no calls).

• Monitoring user-generated content and ensuring compliance with policies.

• Detecting potential fraud or policy violations and taking appropriate action.

• Managing complaints and disputes between buyers and sellers.

• Collaborating with teammates and contributing feedback to improve processes.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Norwegian and comfortable with English in a work environment.

• A great communicator with an eye for detail.

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic digital space.

• A team player with a genuine interest in tech, marketplaces or digital media.

• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not a must.
