Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and maintenance tips 🛠️

• Guide customers through setup, usage, and warranty-related questions

• Provide clear, step-by-step solutions with patience and expertise

• Handle complaints with professionalism and turn frustration into satisfaction

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions because organization is key

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (C1 level or higher)

• Good English skills for internal communication

• A knack for problem-solving and technical troubleshooting

• Comfortable working in a Monday to Saturday, 9:00-21:00 rotating shift schedule

• Ability to work independently in a home office setup 🏡

• Strong customer service skills – patience, empathy, and clarity are a must

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
