Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the sports industry by providing knowledgeable and professional support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions in line with company policies.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance internal processes.

Requierments:

  • Fluent in Flemish (written and spoken) and English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sports and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts.
