About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer cases in internal systems
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experiences
- Ensure high service quality and meet performance targets
- Attend training sessions to develop your skills and stay updated
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in Danish (C1) & proficient in English (B1+)
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work shifts based on project needs
- Excellent written communication for chat and email roles (Typing speed: 50 WPM for Chat roles)
- Eligibility to work in the EU & clear background check
