Qualifications & Skills Required:
- German proficiency (B2 level) is required.
- English proficiency (B1 level) to understand documentation and accurately log information.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in an outsourced environment, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective resolutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the client’s system.
- Ensure timely resolution of cases while meeting performance benchmarks.
- Escalate priority issues as necessary, following client guidelines.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
- Adhere to assigned work schedules and ensure consistent performance.
- Meet key project targets, including response time, handling time, and resolution rates.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- Troubleshooting experience in tech support.
- Basic networking and hardware knowledge.
- Positive, team-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to work shifts/part-time as needed.
- Excellent German writing skills (for written support) with 50 WPM typing speed.
Clear background check, minimum age 18.
