Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent will include:

Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.

Conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyzing data, and identifying root causes for appropriate solutions.

Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.

Making informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success in this role:

Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.

A valid Portuguese work permit (required).

Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period.

Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.

Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus. Additionally, a loyalty bonus of 300€ will be provided every three months.
