For one of our clients, a global leader in digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, we are looking for an Online Safety and Trust Analyst with Danish or Turkish and English to join their team! 🛡️
Your Role:
🔍 Monitor and analyze platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats
🛡️ Investigate and respond to trust and safety incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution
📝 Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security
🤝 Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and enforcement mechanisms
🔒 Assist in content moderation and enforcement of community guidelines
📈 Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving online threats to improve safety protocols
📊 Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and risk assessment
What You Bring:
🗣️ Fluency in Danish or Turkish, with strong proficiency in English
🎓 Bachelor's degree in a related field (data analysis or similar) or relevant work experience
🛡️ Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or similar areas – a plus!
🔍 Strong analytical skills to identify and understand suspicious activity
💡 Familiar with online platforms, excellent problem-solving and communication skills
⚡ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
🔎 Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of information
