🏆 Your Role as a B2B Travel Support Associate:
As part of the Business Travel Support team, you’ll be the go-to expert for corporate clients, assisting them with seamless travel arrangements. Your goal? Ensure their journeys are stress-free, smooth, and enjoyable!
✨ What You’ll Do:
✅ Communicate with business travelers to assist with trip planning;
✅ Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring a great experience;
✅ Help with hotel bookings, flight reservations, and other travel-related requests;
✅ Resolve travel-related issues efficiently;
✅ Ensure customers are fully satisfied with their travel and accommodation.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluency in German and English (spoken & written);
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in travel or a similar field;
🔹 Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
🔹 Knowledge of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, etc.) is an advantage;
🔹 Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
