Job Description

As a Greek-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for a well-known beauty brand, providing exceptional customer support and beauty advice. Your role includes handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek (C1 or above) and English (B2 minimum).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
