What you will do in this role 
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. 

As an Working Team Leader on our team, you will: 

- Do management of the team in Barcelona

- Plan and organize daily business

- Be working with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI
- Do weekly & monthly reports to customers

- Be defining and setting training objectives with the involvement or approval of the client
- Be organizing training sessions and make sure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processes
- Take care of the training of additional team members when needed, ensuring they reach the level of knowledge necessary to start working on the tool

- Be coaching the team and keep them motivated

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in French and Spanish advanced in English

- Have a degree in digital marketing or similar

- Have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing

- Have good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns and customer journeys
- Have at least 1 years’ experience with an e-mail marketing tool and preferably first experience with a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment and scoring.

- Have experience in team management

- Have knowledge of Windows/MS Office

- Are well organized, able to manage priorities and produce accurate work
- Are a quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively

- Are a team player

- Salary package: 22.800 EUR gross/year + up to 2.000 EUR in bonus gross/year
