📝 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Engage with customers via phone and chat, providing support and assistance.
• 🎯 Help with inquiries related to sports products, offering accurate information.
• 😊 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and delivering excellent service.
• 📝 Maintain detailed case notes for each customer interaction.
• 🚀 Contribute to both individual and team performance goals.

✔️ What You Need to Succeed:

• 🌍 B2 level proficiency in Polish or Portuguese and English.
• 👥 A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing top-notch service.
• 💡 Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open approach.
• 🔎 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• ⌨️ Good typing skills and PC proficiency.
