For one of our clients – a globally recognized company in customer experience management, we are looking for polite, customer-oriented, and upbeat professionals for the role of Customer Care Agent with Czech or Norwegian(Standard Working Time).
📝 Your Responsibilities:
- 📩 Provide efficient and effective customer support via tickets and calls.
- 🎯 Deliver tailored solutions while ensuring excellent customer service.
- 📌 Guide customers through processes to ensure a smooth experience.
- 🔍 Identify and report recurring issues and frequently asked questions.
- 🤝 Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
✔️ What We’re Looking For:

- 🌍 Fluency in Czech or Norwegian, plus excellent English skills.
