For one of our renowned clients in the e-gaming industry, we are looking for communicative, motivated, and skilled individuals to join as Chat Support Agents with Spanish, Greek, French, Romanian, or German (Hybrid & Flexible Shifts).

📝 Your Responsibilities:

• 💬 Assist players via live chat and email, providing quick and friendly responses.
• 🎯 Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• 🎁 Inform players about promotions, game updates, and policy changes.
• 🔄 Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
• 🏆 Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment while meeting performance targets.
• 💡 Participate in projects and task groups to develop a deeper understanding of the business.

✔️ What We’re Looking For:

• 🆕 No prior experience needed – we provide full training! (Experience in customer support, e-gaming, or payment processing is a plus).
• 🌍 Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish, Greek, French, Romanian, or German, plus a working level of English.
• 💻 Tech-savvy with proficiency in communication tools and office software.
• 🤹 Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think on your feet.
• ⏳ Availability to work on a flexible shift schedule (including nights & weekends).
• 🎯 Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and focused on understanding customer needs.
