🌍 Your Role:

• 📞 Provide top-tier customer support via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat, while meeting performance goals.
• 🛫 Assist business travelers in planning and managing their trips, including flights, hotels, and train travel.
• 💬 Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy to ensure smooth journeys.
• 📚 Stay informed about client products and services to provide accurate information.
• 🗂 Log customer interactions into the system and maintain detailed records.
• 🎯 Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business success.

✔️ What You Need to Succeed:

• 🗣 Fluency in Dutch, Swedish, or German, plus a working level of English.
• ☎️ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including active listening.
• 🏨 Experience in travel, hospitality, airline, or customer service is an advantage.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills.
• 🔍 Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• 🤝 Team player with a positive attitude and at least a high school diploma.
