This is a work-from-home role based in Greece, working for an international company that partners with one of the biggest names in innovation.

Shifts are on rotation between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 – 21:00, so flexibility is key!

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers keep their high-tech gadgets running smoothly (because no one likes a vacuum that sucks at sucking).
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues—yes, even the "Did you try turning it off and on again?" classics.
• Assist with aftersales inquiries, returns, and warranty questions (we’ve got their back).
• Provide sales support—helping customers find the perfect product for their needs.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions (because even superheroes need to take notes).
