✅ What You Need 

🌟 Fluent in Dutch (C1 or native level – spoken & written). 

🌍 Good English skills for internal communication. 

💡 Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills. 

🖥️ Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to new tools. 

🏆 Customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
