📄 Contract: Permanent (after a 3-month probation period)

🔎 Your Responsibilities:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally within set timescales.
✔ Maintain a full technical knowledge of our products & services.
✔ Recognize when a query should be escalated to another department or senior staff.
✔ Handle all customer correspondence as required.
✔ Accurately log all calls and follow company procedures.
✔ Maintain and update administrative records.

🎯 What You Need:

🔹 Fluent in German & English (both written & spoken).
🔹 Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
🔹 Interest in digital marketing & technology.
🔹 Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
🔹 Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

💵 Gross Monthly Salary: 550,000 HUF
📌 Extras:
➡ Language Bonus: 30,000 HUF
➡ Meal Allowance (after probation): 30,000 HUF
➡ Performance Bonus (after probation): 70,000 HUF

📅 Annual Leave: 20-30 business days (as per Hungarian law)
