We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Privacy Specialist to join our client’s team in Dublin, Ireland!
Position Overview:
As a Privacy Specialist, you will ensure compliance with our client’s product policies by analyzing requests from lawyers and individuals in accordance with European legislation and processing privacy-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing user privacy requests across various workflows as per the client’s guidelines, enabling well-informed decisions. Curiosity, excellent judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are key to succeeding in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming privacy requests using online tools and assess their validity according to the client’s policies.
- Continuously stay updated on policy and protocol changes with support from training and quality teams.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s policy specialists to resolve cases and regulatory queries within the client’s response framework.
- Maintain high-quality standards for every case reviewed.
- Meet weekly productivity targets as part of daily workflows.
- Work efficiently with team members to improve internal processes and outcomes.
- Develop skills across areas like data, tools, and quality assessment.
- Support various workflows, products, or markets based on business needs.
- Primarily support the market and workflow you’re hired for, but also assist the English-speaking market and others as needed, using translation tools when necessary due to business changes or volume fluctuations.
