communicative problem-solvers for the role of Disputes Support Assistant with German (Hybrid/Backoffice from Sofia/Bulgaria/ up to 1500 euro).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling and resolving customer issues/disputes promptly and escalating when necessary;
* Utilizing technology tools and systems, including SAP, for accurate CTC data;
* Providing supporting documentation to customers and managing follow-up issues;
* Delivering high-quality services and adhering to company policies;
* Assisting and advising team members and offering feedback to the disputes team lead;
* Documenting and updating disputes work instructions and striving to improve processes;
* Gathering data for audits, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and liaise with
business units’ finance teams and other departments;
* Fostering positive relationships with business units and ensuring smooth deployment of
disputes processes in the shared services center.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Experience in a multinational organization or shared services environment with good
business acumen;
* Strong focus on providing a high-level customer service;
* Team-player attitude and a desire to be of service to others;
* Analytically-minded and a problem-solver;
* Skilled with time-management, planning and prioritizing tasks;
* Bachelor's degree.
