Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager

Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through an all-in-one hotel management system. Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Success Manager to support customers in the Benelux market and join their office in either Lisbon, Breda or Gent!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the point of contact for customers cultivating trust and strong relationships
  • Providing expert advice on products tailored to customers business needs, maximising sales opportunities
  • Optimising hoteliers experiences through feedback and usage data
  • Training and empowering hoteliers to maximise products
  • Supporting with customer retention strategies

About you:

You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success. You excel in communication and relationship-building, and you are not afraid to up-sell. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have strong prioritisation abilities. In this full-time position you will join a multicultural office and have the chance to work one day per week from home.

Profile:

  • Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level) both written and spoken
  • 2+ years experience in similar role, hotel sales or SaaS experience is preferable
  • Patient, empathetic and natural in communication
  • Available to start in Lisbon/Breda/Gent
