Your responsibilities:

• Customer communication via phone and email
• Handling cancellations, rebookings, and flight time changes
• Assisting with customer inquiries regarding baggage regulations, seat assignments, and boarding times
• Processing goodwill claims
• Assisting customers in planning world travels and other extensive trips
• Communication with various airlines and airports worldwide.

Your profile:

• Valid EU passport
• Very good Hungarian skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills (B2 level)
• Open to career changers
• Enjoyment of working with people, service-oriented mindset, and customer focus
• Interest in advisory conversations, combined with empathetic and professional communication
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Affinity for PCs and the internet, with strong MS Office knowledge
• Minimum age: 18
